The Applied Theology program (BAT) takes your calling seriously. Learn from incredible professors who serve faithfully in local churches. 

 

Develop practical skills for ministry through two years of developmental internship in a local church. Be mentored by a local pastor.

The BAT program emphasizes learning with a small group of like-minded students who will encourage spiritual growth, sharpen your ministry skills, and help prepare you for life and ministry.

Ministry

Learn more about life and ministry than you can imagine. Your learning will always have a practical purpose: loving God and loving others in His name. 

 

You will develop skills in evangelism, preaching, teaching, and even church planting. You will practice 80 or more skills essential for faithful ministry.

Study

Spend a year studying the Old Testament; a year studying the New Testament; a year studying Greek; a year studying Hebrew; a year learning Christian doctrine, not to mention classes in evangelism, preaching, philosophy, hermeneutics…

Scholarships

Students admitted into the BAT program receive $100,000 in scholarships ($25,000 per year up to 4 years). Returning BAT students can apply for even more ministry-based scholarships.
